Online applications are invited from unmarried male candidates for enrollment as Sailors for Artificer Apprentice (AA) - Aug 2019 batch for course commencing August 2019.

Candidates are advised not apply multiple post. If more than one application is received from a candidate, his candidature will be cancelled.

Educational Qualifications:-

                Qualified in 10+2 examination with 60% or more marks in aggregate with Math’s & Physics and at least one of this Subjects: - Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science from the Boards of School Education recognized by MHRD, Govt. of India.

Age:-

                Candidates should be born “between” 01 Aug 1999 to 31 Jul 2002 (Both dates inclusive).

Vacancies:-

500 Approximately

Pay & Allowances:-

             During training: Rs. 14,600/- per month. After training:  Rs. 21,700 – Rs. 69,100 (Level 3 of Defense Pay Matrix) In addition, they will paid MSP @ Rs. 5200/- plus Group @ Rs 6200/- per month plus DA (as applicable).

Computer Based Examination:-

                Total of 100 questions, each question carrying 1 mark. Questions paper will be bilingual (Hindi & English) and objective type.

Question paper will comprise of four section i.e. English, Science, Mathematics and General Knowledge.

            The standard of the question paper will be that of 10+2.

            Candidates should note that there will be negative marking for wrong answers marked by a candidates in the question paper.

Physical Fitness Test:-

            Qualifying in Physical Fitness Test is mandatory for selection.

            PFT will consist of 1.6 Km run to be completed in 7 minutes, 20 squat ups (Uthak Baithak) & 10 Push-ups.

Medical Standards:-

            According to official norms.

Examination fee:-

Rs. 205/- (Rupees Two hundred five only) through online.
